• 1. Authentication:

Is the Dial refinished, reprinted, or relumed? Does the condition of the Dial match the Case? Is every part original and authentic?

    2. The Work:

The whole watch gets disassembled into its parts. The focus lies on conserving the original patina. The entire movement gets disassembled, cleaned and lubed. After the service we check the accuracy of the movement over a duration of 14 days. After that the watch is ready for its new home.

    3. Photography and labeling:

The last step is a vital one, making sure you get a perfect overview of the condition and rarity of the piece. Our curation is focused on quality and through labeling we shine an spotlight on it. The goal is an honest grading of the timepiece for you to take into account. Each picture is made using harsh light to ensure that every scratch is visible to the naked eye.
