A Brick of Gold! This Yacht-Master captures the spirit of the luxurious 2000s like few other watches. It was originally sold in Vienna in 2001 and has been worn very rarely ever since.
Dial
Here we have a white dial with jet-black hour markers and small Luminova arrows for improved legibility. It is probably the only Rolex dial where the luminous material is applied in front of, rather than inside, the hour markers. The hands and markers are framed in 18kt yellow gold, while the model is completed by the striking red Yacht-Master lettering.
Case
The case remains unpolished and is therefore in an almost perfect state of preservation. Yellow gold is a very soft material, which makes it particularly rare to find models like this in such an untouched condition. The clasp code dates to the year 2000 and is therefore consistent with the watch.
Set
This piece was originally purchased from A. Haban (later Bucherer Vienna) in 2001. The original guarantee certificate is present together with the original box, making this a complete set. In addition, the watch comes with the original Rolex wallet that was provided at the time of purchase, as well as the accompanying booklet.
