Here's a chameleon in 18kt Gold. Jokes aside, this watch shares some resemblance with the reptile, and as you probably guessed, it has to do with color. Blue-faced Dials are notorious in the watch world. There is not a single colour that's more prone to discolouration. Here's a perfect example. This dial has developed an electric blue colour as you look directly upon the piece, but as soon as you tilt the watch, a striking purple comes through. It's hard to capture this transition in the picture, but we tried our best! The condition is beautiful, bracelet has zero to no stretch and the case is nice and thick. Considering 18kt Gold is very soft this piece was worn with much care to insure such a quality after 30+ years. Slight scratches on the Aluminium Insert.
