Jaeger is certainly a brand that should never be overlooked by collectors. A rather conservative approach to design meets decades of experience, all at a price that is more than justified.
Dial
To complement the 18kt gold case, Jaeger adapted the otherwise opal-silver dial with a subtle warm undertone. At the end of each hour marker, there is a small dot of tritium, which is also matched by the hands.
Movement
Yes, by now everyone probably knows that Jaeger movements are simply outstanding, but I unfortunately cannot leave this unmentioned here. All components are beautifully crafted with a slim profile, and setting the time is simply a pleasure. The calibre is 889/1 and features an 18kt outer weight on the oscillating mass (rotor). As with all our models, this watch has also been freshly serviced and comes with a 2-year warranty.
