Case
As mentioned above, the case is made of 18kt yellow gold. The hallmarks on the caseback are beautifully preserved and indicate that this model remains in an unpolished condition. We also have beautifully curved lugs and IWC’s iconic fish crown.
Dial
At first glance, the dial almost appears to be enamel. In fact, it features a pure white lacquer finish. The Swiss manufacture wanted to showcase an additional level of quality here, using the old and highly detailed IWC lettering, which has been beautifully printed.
Movement
Inside, we have the IWC calibre IW37521 with a 43-hour power reserve. It is based on an ETA calibre, making the watch very cost-efficient when the next service is due in 5 to 7 years.
